Using SafeRook
You must be authorized to connect repositories, cloud accounts, and other systems. You are responsible for workspace users, approval policies, and the changes your team chooses to merge.
Accounts and access
Keep credentials secure, provide accurate account information, and notify SafeRook promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Access may be suspended to protect the service or other customers.
Customer content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant SafeRook the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, and transmit that content to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use SafeRook to break the law, access systems without authorization, harm others, disrupt the service, or distribute malicious code.
Plans and payment
Paid plans, billing cycles, taxes, renewals, cancellation, and refund terms should be specified in an order form or checkout flow before paid service begins.
Warranty and liability
Security tools can reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. Appropriate warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnities, governing law, and dispute terms must be added by counsel.
